Olive May Jewellery is made to order and each piece sits on a card with a tiny card inside the packaging displaying a unique message that tells you the name and meaning of the necklace
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch your item/s within 48 hours of receiving your order. If you need to receive your package any sooner, please let us know. If it’s possible then we will!
Orders
All items will be sent by Royal Mail. You will receive an email once your item has been sent.
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery
We do offer the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Next Day Delivery on all UK orders if you're in a rush to receive your order! Please note that orders will need to be placed before midday to guarantee same day shipping, and this service is only available between Monday - Thursday.
Returns
If your order is not quite your cup of tea...
We hope you are delighted with your purchase if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase or if the item is faulty.
For any returns and exchanges, please contact us within 14 working days of receiving your order, otherwise we may not be able to help you.
All pieces must be returned in a new and unworn condition and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Please Note: We regret that we cannot offer refunds on Earrings/Studs jewellery for hygiene reasons unless they are faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We can not offer refunds or exchanges on necklaces that have been requested to be made at a different length other than 17 inches.
Exchanges
If you are not happy with your item, we are more than happy to offer an exchange. You must contact us no later than 7 days after receiving your order, and return the item within 14 days. Please note, items must be in the same condition as received and in it's original packaging. You are responsible for return postage, and we recommend that items are returned via registered mail.
We do not offer exchanges on our earrings.
We do not offer exchanges on necklaces that aren’t 17 inches.
Faulty Items
If you receive the item and it is faulty, please get in contact and we will offer you a refund, exchange or replacement, reimbursing any return postage costs incurred.
