Pricing & Availability

The price of Goods shall be that stipulated on the Seller’s website. The price excludes delivery charges. Delivery charges are added in the buyers shopping cart before confirming the order. A confirmation email will then be sent to the buyers chosen email address, with the total amount displayed.

Payment must be made in full.

Sometimes errors are made on behalf of pricing and availability.  If this happens, Olive May will take the correct action into resolving the issue.

Colour, Shade and Size

As each necklace is one of a kind, the website will always be updated with different colour/sizes of pendents. Sometimes the gemstones can vary from the photos due to the nature of the stone. Once the customer has received the goods, they can always  return if they aren't happy with the necklace. The Customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
